T.J. Mancuso brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in all aspects of municipal finance transactions. He has acted as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in general obligation, revenue obligation and industrial development financings, and he has represented municipal entities, lenders, developers, providers of credit enhancement and nonprofit corporations in a variety of taxable and tax-exempt bond issues. He has also represented clients in the area of municipal lease and installment purchase financings throughout the country, as well as issuers of securities in federal lease projects, and he has been a leader in innovative financings for charter schools nationally. In recent years, he has devoted a substantial part of his practice to the development of public transit infrastructure for the delivery of crude oil by rail from fields in the United States and Canada to the Gulf Coast. T.J. received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Denver Law Review.

T.J. was formerly an attorney in the Public Finance department of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.
